A lot of guys didn't like doing high rise apartments. If you're organized and have good equipment it's not a problem and the money was pretty good.I made a career out of skywalking.

Most affluent and middle income high rise owners are willing to pay.
For these, nice to have a minivan / Astrovan set up just for high rise work. No shuffling around prep the night before.

I have an Astrovan with a CDS in it. Lots of room for my portables and orbitals. Gets into every parkade.
