The information is too small to read on my phone. Are the frame, tanks AND REELS stainless?
The frame and main brackets are stainless also the heat exchangers are stainless tube and shell like the XT and DDS. The heat shields are chemical treated brushed aluminum so you can touch them up with steel wool and keep them pretty. The vacuum reel is aluminum and the solution reels are stainless.

Even though we have our own paint shop we choose not to powder coat as that never lasts. The front panel is a bit of a dated look but it is growing on me. We are going to add some stainless bling to the grill and help finish out the look.

The recovery tanks are either stainless or rotomold plastic. Stainless is the only thing available currently. Fresh water tanks we have 110 gallons poly with the unistrut system or the 45 gallon saddle tank with unistrut and stainless shelving above .

Are you free to discuss how Chem-Dry affected the origin and look of these units?

Wow, that thing already looks outdated. Does it come with a Members Only jacket?
Paint that thing blue, and you got an old hydra-cat or crossfire hydra master, lol

But on a serious note:
Yes it looks like it has easy access to change oil and maybe the belts

But keep in mind that's only a very small percentage of the type of maintenance and repair these machines need. I think it's going through some competition.

It looks like it's trying to compete both with steam-action's design of stainless steel and trying to give it the high tech design of sapphire truckmounts.

I can't get over the fact that it is not very easy to access every part of the machine from the pictures shown. If I'm wrong, bring one over to my city and let's take the thing apart to get the needed access to all the major points of the machine, put it back together and do a successful hour long test of the machine. I don't care if you want to show off the performance of how it cleans in a 3 bedroom apartment. Every truckount does a good job at that, even an EZ truckmount. Ease of access on the job and maintenance to get it back up again is the only important factor! And I'm CHALLENGING AEROTECH!

I keep every tool needed on my Truck to do all popular repairs on the job. Very few I have to leave and go pick up my spare machine. So meet me to the challenge and let's record it. I laugh at chemdry being the tester. Bring it to a real owner operator who takes this business seriously.

Chemdry doesn’t take business seriously?
Apparently not enough to continue with this truckmount.

They backed out of it and laid off Wayne Boone and Rick Aranda after a dozen or so were delivered. The problem isn't in the unit....

Rick is back at Jon Don and Wayne is full time with AT now.

Very similar story to the ZeroRez/ DDS units AT built for Jon Don

AT is smart to remove those fickle franchise middlemen and sell to us Owner Ops instead.

ChemDry is all about change these days.....

I was pretty certain they wouldn’t be associated with Jon-Don for very long.
I don’t really care how the unit looks. Damon’s a California kid and puts emphasis on appearance over function. If it’s functionality is utilitarian and it’s not a hassle to work on then I’m good.

I think you're ugly but I would still be seen with you in public.
