We did a ‘few’ bank staff rooms over the last few months. All had vinyl plank in them.
Let me just say this.

There’s WAY more dirt hiding in those fake looking wood print &cracks than you think…
As in, neutral prespray, aggressive agitation, dwell, and wand rinse @ 600 psi,. Then a final mop.

It was a system developed, trial and error, 19 times over 3 months…

AND, all but 2 ‘looked’ clean…
