So my 99 777 has an identical "External Thermostat Housing" as my 93 Butler unit, does that mean I can just stick the same chevy Stant thermostats in it?
I would like to stick a 205 Deg. In it for the added heat. Ive done this with every other PTO machine ive owned and the diesel trucks seem to run better and use less fuel when running hotter.

I dont remember what temp therm is in there factory. I did ask not too long ago, that therm is the only 1 in the system. Call Ted McIntosh and ask at Aerotech.

But for $5 you can put 1 in foyoself and watch the coolant temps closely. #1 thing to do that Jim Martin taught me is clean out those radiator fins regularly. Purple Power and a high flow garden hose nozel do the trick. Yours was cleaned out not too long ago, coolant changed 6 mos ago also.

Pop the cab up and look front and back of radiator, intercooler everytime you check the fluids is what I did.
