Clean out cover removal

Any suggestions on how to remove the black cover on the waste tank?

pin spanner wrench, deck plate key, wood and a rubber mallet


you can also drive two lag bolts into a piece of 2x4

Thumb and forefinger in the holes, twist anti-clockwise and the inner plate unscrews.
