The OEM Glide is a slot type.
We got three or four requests at the show to make a Glide for that tool which isnt the question but I need to wait for them to be many more out there.
The OEN WILL crack or chip as it's made out of Delrin.. it has a very cool unique profile that gets into the riser/tread joint better than any other Glide out there but the chiseled snoot of it wouldn't work on regular carpet

Putting a glide on a stair tool so that it glides better for 10 inches, doesn't make a lot of sense. It's not going to get into the crevice between the tread and riser.
