I haven't seen tiles this greasy for years. I love a challenge. What prespray will attack and break up heavy black grease. Truckmount will be set at 240 and a 175 scrub.

Bridgepoint has a product called Flex powder. Very strong and doesn't foam.

I like it because it doesn't foam and I've had good success with it. Code Red is also a good go to for greasy carpet.

I would agree with that. I've used Enz All in the past. I don't do a lot of greasy restaurants any more.

Organic or petroleum grease?

for grease I also recommend firestorm it is amazing. I have found that the heat is really the key and I wouldnt hesitate to use tsunami or a tile and grout cleaner for it.

EnzAll is one of the very few great* pre-sprays too, but wrecks sprayers prematurely

*there is an ocean of good pre-sprays (pret'near all of them)
There are very few that are "great" though

Firestorm mixed a little heavy with the 175 and a aqua jiggle pad crushed it. Women that owns the resteraunt was amazed, two other cleaners have tried with no luck. Thanks for the good info......
