I sold a bike on Craig's List to the chief honcho at the County Maintenance dept here in Mayberry.

They were not too happy with the current floor guys so they called me out to inspect this 100 year old floor at the courthouse that was covered with carpet for years..

The other floor guys left this mess behind..

I did a stripping test and what ever is on there comes off real easy.

I'll put some grey silicone under the baseboards and leave it all unsealed as it has epoxy grout..

So..
If I use my two ply Devpro filter and a pantyhose on the inlet filter could I use the 370 to rinse?

800 ft or so..

That's a lot of filtration, and you'd probably be fine. But look at the downside if you get that "stuff" in your blower...Just get a wet vac and don't use your 20K machine to do that kind of thing Mike. Next to freeze damage and running out of oil, emulsified floor finish is the number three cause of massive equipment damage among my truck mount customers.

Definitely better to throw away a $100 wet vac or even cheaper than risk your machine.
I love that old tile, it's always been my favorite style.

If you use stripper, that glue will hop off. Scrub with a crb, then recover with a wet n dry or a porty, or even microfiber mop. You'll have no problems and won't risk the TM.

That is plenty big enough, if you use a squeegee nozzle (Sears). Rinse and slurp. Repeat. Done.

Yes use a floor machine and a wet vac like Jim stated and get the bulk of the crud and slop up with the wet vac,

Then lay stripper again use. Brush on the 175 and go to town on it one mo time and rinse high pressure high heat dry and see what's left on it.

It will be a world of difference and they will be impressed.

I got divorced there. NV is the best state in the US for quick divorces LOL.

Did you expand out to there? There's good water damage work

Well done, Mike!
Did you do any of the repairs or will someone else be doing those?
