I have a PMF V800 valve. The valve is broken open, meaning it keeps spraying the trigger wont shut off. Do I need a seal kit or a stem kit?

Jut get the full rebuild with all of it and be done with it.

Either one.
The stem kit has all the seals, plus the stem that the trigger actuates when it's pressed. It's rare to replace a stem. But on the other hand, replacing the seals on a stem can be a bit of aggrivation...
